1. San Jose, Poas volcano and Doka coffee plantation
Our first couple of days were based in San Jose. We had a trip to the Poas volcano but unfortunately the crater was obscured by cloud. However, we did see our first sloth! At the coffee plantation we learnt all about the way our coffee is produced, as well as seeing some great butterflies and plants.
